Suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder and not having my needs met by current mental health service, I set up the service that I needed – not one focused on returning to work or fully therapy goals, but one that was social, one that had people that understood the isolation of mental illness and worked to reduce that by building friendships and support.
TSUG is a Peer-2-Peer mental health support group providing friendship and support with fun activities. Open to all of those living with mental illnesses in Trowbridge. The Town Hall kindly supports us by providing a space for TSUG to provide an art and craft session once a week.
Our art sessions allow our members to share their crafting skills and learn new skills in a friendly environment. All of our group sessions are designed to create friendships and a natural support system while building confidence.
TSUG is open to anyone with a mental health issue living in and around Trowbridge our service is free. No referrals are needed.
