From Saturday July 29th 2023, the Town Hall will be closed to the general public to enable the complete refurbishment of our splendid home.
When we re-open again, the Great Hall will have been restored to its former glory, a recording studio and rehearsal spaces will have replaced the existing cells in the basement, the old Magistrates Court will house a performance space, a new art gallery will overlook the beauty of the Sensory Garden, the Park View Room will have a sprung floor installed to make it an ideal space for dance, as well as the perfect place to practice Yoga, Pilates and many other activities. Finally, the Foyer will be opened out for all the people of Trowbridge, and beyond, to enjoy.
The Town Hall will be a place to celebrate Words, Music, Body, and Soul.
